Chairman of STAN, 1st Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Interior

Vít Rakušan has held the position of the 1st Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior since 2021. He has been the Chairman of the STAN (Mayors and Independents) movement since 2019 and a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament since 2017. In the past, he served as the Mayor of Kolín and a Councilor of the Central Bohemian Region. He was also the Chairman of the Permanent Commission for Control of Military Intelligence Activities.
