Jakub Landovský

Jakub Landovský has been the Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to NATO since August 2019. From March 2015 to August 2019, he was Deputy Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic. Between 2000 and 2005, he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. From 2006 to 2021, he was a member of the ČSSD political party. He received his university education at the Institute of Political Studies of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague, where he also passed a rigorous examination and where he also completed his doctoral studies. He has been lecturing at this faculty since 2014. He also graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
